A hidden gem of cleanliness

The room was impeccably clean, far better than I expected from a budget hotel. The cheerful staff made check-in smooth and cute.

The breakfast left much to be desired, lacking protein options and variety. I hoped for something more fulfilling to start my day.

Have stayed here many times and would love to go back. The hotel was exceptionally friendly and perfectly fine, and the stuff where attentive, thoroughly enjoyed the good location just off Jackson and restaurants or shopping. Our room was quiet and brand-new, equipped with All New furniture and a microwave and refrigerator. A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were an advantage.

The bed was comfortable .

I was disappointed with the overall service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and often appeared cold. Housekeeping was lackluster, only emptying the trash and leaving fresh towels without any deeper cleaning.

Ask for extra blankets upon check-in. The beds can be quite firm and chilly at night.

We stayed here with my cousin and the kids loved the outdoor pool! The room was clean and spacious enough for our large family, and the kids enjoyed watching their favorite shows on the tv after a long day of travel.

the pillows were flat. but the king room was clean with fresh linens and a great air conditioning unit. the staff were friendly and accommodating. loved the convenient location near groceries and restaurants!
